This notice explains how Bespoke Digital handles information you choose to share when you contact us about a project.
When you request a discovery call, you may provide your name, company, contact details, preferred date and time, and a description of your project. Please do not include passwords, confidential customer records or sensitive personal information.
We use your enquiry to contact you, arrange a conversation, understand your requirements and prepare a proposal. Form requests are stored in our WordPress system. If you contact us through WhatsApp, LinkedIn or email, that provider also processes your message under its own terms.
Our hosting and website service providers process data needed to run this site. Server logs may include your IP address, browser information and pages requested. We keep enquiries while needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. Access is limited to people who need it for this work.
You can ask us about your information or request a correction or deletion by contacting Yinn Sheng, NG at yinnsheng@bespokedigital.com.my. We will review your request and explain any information we need to retain.
